For more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers find their place in Northern Michigan. As a Northern Michigan REALTOR® specializing in waterfront, luxury, second homes, and investment properties throughout Traverse City and Leelanau, Benzie, and Grand Traverse Counties, I bring deep local knowledge and a broad perspective to every transaction.
My connection to real estate extends well beyond buying and selling homes. For more than 20 years, my husband and I have co-owned a construction company, giving me a practical understanding of homes from the ground up and an experienced eye for quality, condition, potential, and long-term value. While working in real estate, I also partnered with my brokers to create Northland Vacation Rentals, which I co-owned and operated for more than five years. That experience gave me firsthand insight into the opportunities and considerations that come with owning a second home or investment property in Northern Michigan, from evaluating a property’s potential to understanding what makes a home appealing in the vacation-rental market.
That combination of real estate, construction, and vacation-rental experience allows me to look at a property from multiple perspectives. Whether I’m helping a buyer evaluate a waterfront home, advising a seller on how to position a property to stand out in the market, or helping a client recognize investment potential, my goal is always the same: to provide honest advice, thoughtful guidance, and the information needed to make confident decisions.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to represent everything from first homes and vacant land to distinctive waterfront properties and luxury residences throughout Northern Michigan. My experience includes properties across Leelanau, Benzie, and Grand Traverse Counties, including Traverse City, Glen Arbor, Empire, Lake Ann, Lake Leelanau, Pearl Lake, and the surrounding communities.
I’ve continued to invest in my education throughout my career, earning the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations. I am also a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS™) with GUILD™ recognition through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, reflecting specialized training and experience in the luxury market.
What matters most to me, however, is the trust my clients place in me. I believe exceptional real estate service starts with listening, communicating honestly, and understanding what matters most to each client. I want the people I work with to feel informed and supported throughout the process and confident that they have someone in their corner from our first conversation through closing.
Northern Michigan is also where I enjoy spending my own time. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me gardening, hiking, enjoying time on one of our beautiful lakes with my family, or working on my golf game. It’s a lifestyle I genuinely love, and one I’m proud to help my clients discover and enjoy for themselves.
